Turn that frown upside down
On serious note worth mentioning – how one moment we can feel so good and like we’re on top of the world and then the next, you fall and forget as you be feeling down and wandering back around another loop, but here’s the question. How many times must we shoot and manage to get it in the hoop?
Yes I wanted to rhyme it because I took the chance to get back up again as soon as I noticed so had to lift off whenever possible. It is not always easy to stay positivity I understand that it is easier said than done but if not now then when? If not then, why? Why not at least try? You won’t know until you do give it a go. You may think you have all the answers and know what’s harms ways whence you’re going in a certain direction but how long must you hold back until you realise and get it through your head that we ain’t all here to be thinking we know it all like, I say “heck to that if I want to lose my adventures by allowing to think I am going to be a crystal ball all the time”. Yeah, some things are predictable and yes we may have been through fair amounts to know why we may feel that way but let it go, only then you will know how to once again start moving. We never gave up when we fell as kids (hypothetically speaking if you can’t walk – so the ones reading with health legs, something to be grateful for in this moment also).
Allow yourself, for thy hearts sake. To let it feel the thrill and then be still. Then one moment you were sad, maybe because of what you had? But what is it exactly that you are missing now? You are still here, alive. This is where you may decide usually such things between (given example) two ways to decide how to go about what has just happened when you stop to think about it. You may keep blaming elsewhere, cry and point at everything else or you could just try to seek peace with it, realise that shit happens and that’s how we learn sometimes. From our mistakes.
I will keep this short here so you may think about it yourself and hope to still be around ye but just know that I am always here in spirit.
Much love x
